local & organic

We use organic produce as much as possible, local eggs, and farmers’ market greens. Choice of breakfast pastry, cakes and tarts will vary according to season, availability of produce, and the whims of the pastry chef. Our coffee is organic, fair trade Green Star Coffee, and our tea is organic, fair trade Zhena’s Gypsy Tea. 
All of our dairy for the coffee bar is organic. Our breads are made with Artisan Bread Flour and are baked on a radiant stone hearth. Loaves are fresh out of the oven Tuesday-Saturday after 9:00 a.m.
